Rules

50% of the payment up-front, the rest when I'm completed.

Price might be adjusted for different reasons, such as complexity, time and series-works.

Once I hear your idea, and half the payment is delivered, I will reserve your slot.

Commissions are typically first come, first serve, but complex images might be pushed back in order to complete simpler images first.
